WAREHOUSE ANALYST
- Coordinates closely on a daily basis or as frequently as possible with the planning section and PPIC section for the daily, weekly, & monthly machine plan/schedule for print/lam section and for the raw material allocation.
- Ensures that the RM delivered is based on quality requirements set by the QA/QC department and R&D section.
- Ensures that inventory of consumable items (i.e., LPG, solvents, cotton rags, tapes, cores, cartons, etc.) are being monitored to avoid stock-out and that minimum stock level ordering is being maintained and implemented.
- Ensures that the quality of all raw materials inside the warehouse area were being kept in good conditions and that quality are being maintained by implementing the FIFO principle.
- Supervises the receiving of material requisition from production department and issuance of the required raw materials needed in printing and lamination processes.
- Ensures that preparation of all documents for the issuance and transfer of RM from plant to plant (main & annex) were being arranged and the transfer is executed by the warehouseman.
- Monitors raw material movement from one plant to another plant (annex & main).
- Ensures that all rejected and left-over rolls were being taken cared of after receiving endorsement/reports from the production department and QA/QC department. All products with concerns especially with rejection reports should be relayed to the PPIC and purchasing sections for proper disposition and courses of actions.
- Evaluates, and analyses all warehouse documents and transactions and ensures that raw material inventory is accurate and correct.
- Ensures that waste housekeeping, waste disposal system and scrap buying activities are being monitored and properly executed and implemented.
- Controls and monitors the implementation of warehouse section’s systems & procedures and to execute all the programs, policies and short-term/long-term strategic sectional plan/target/objectives of the warehouse section under the leadership of the vice-president logistics/administration.
- Controls and contains the discipline of every personnel in warehouse section through effective and strict implementation and enforcement of company rules and regulations, ISO QMS, 5S, and GMP.
- Prepares inventory summary reports and other related reports. Submits the reports and discuss all concerns encountered.
- Ensure that the forklifts being used by warehouse staff is in good working condition and reports to the maintenance department any needs for repair.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
