I. JOB SUMMARY

• Under the direct supervision of the Line Leader.
• Performs duties depending on the company and industry they work in.
• Ensures to manage quality production of all handled projects and to meet the highest level of required quality rate set by clients.

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Listens, analyzes, inputs/transcribes, and verifies the data in accordance with the project requirement.
• Ensures that the data input are accurate.
• Submits query to Line Leader for transcription confirmation i.e. escalates project and non-related matters to the immediate superior when it requires decision-making (ex. If the audio files are incomplete.
• Ensures compliance in meeting the Attendance, Quality, and Productivity targets set by the company.
• Ensures compliance with the shift schedule assigned to him/her.
• Ensures compliance with the rules and regulation and company code of discipline when inside the company premises.
• Ensures compliance with the client requirements, guidelines, and special instructions.
• Monitors their quality. Making sure that there would be no missing transcriptions and no major feedback.
• Be flexible if there would be any additional work or special project that may be assigned to VTT.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any related business course.
• 1 year or more of relevant and related experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
