RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotes the "one-stop-shop" store setup of e-Biz corss sell Western Union and other e Biz products and services either face to face ot via telephone selling
Conducts selling activities (eg., clients calls/visits etc) to increase branch transaction volume and profitability
Handles over-the-counter (OTC) transactions (of products and services offered by e Biz) according to prescribed policies, guidelines, processes and service level agreements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4 year course
Overall pleasing personality
Preferably near work location / strategic location
Cash handling and customer service experiences’ an advantage but not required
