Treasury Head

  • Manage the financial affairs of the organization
  • Oversee forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Advise management on the liquidity aspects if its short-and long-range planning
  • Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers
  • Develop strategic finance initiatives
  • Manage excess operating cash to obtain optimum interest revenue
  • Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting
  • Monitor daily, monthly and annually compliance with load agreements
  • Oversee credit insurance program
  • Develop and enforce strong internal controls and financial management

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong financial analysis and cash management skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and investment management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
