Role Overview: The Ticketing Clerk manages ticket sales, handles customer inquiries, and ensures smooth ticketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process ticket sales and handle payments.
• Assist customers with ticket-related questions and resolve issues.
• Manage ticket inventory and update the system.
• Prepare sales reports and perform basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php435.00 - Php600.00 per day
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
