Qualification: · With or without BPO/ Call center experience · Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills · Computer literate · Good analytical skills · Speak clearly and effectively to customer · Strong negotiation and closing skills · Great listening skills · Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations · Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude Job Responsibilities: · Initiating calls to individuals or businesses who fit the target demographic profile. · Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers. · Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. · Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers through regular follow-up calls. · Accurately recording and maintaining customer information, including contact details, preferences and feedback in the company’s database. · Meeting and exceeding assigned targets on a regular basis. · Ensuring compliance with relevant law and regulation, such as Do Not Call (DNC) list and data protection regulations. · Collaborating with other team members and department to optimize strategies and achieve organizational goals.
