1. Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the maintenance order form with activities involve in servicing of mechatronics & PLC Systems, electrical sytems, electro-pneumatic systems and mechanical systems such as bearings,motors, fans, conveyors, and other feedmill plant equipment by inspection, dismantling, and refitting to maintain equipment reliability.
2. Logs daily activities into a Turnover Logbook to update team with progress and new issues.
3. Carries out troubleshooting especially for unplanned work requests.
4. Performs conditioned-based monitoring activities like the use of belt and shaft alignment tool, bearing heater, Infrared Thermal camera, etc.
5. Performs troubleshooting & repair of mechatronics & PLC Systems, other PM Activities such as motor dismounting, mounting, overhauling, fitting, & polishing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 2-years experience in plant maintenance in the combine field of mechatronics & PLC systems, electrical and mechanical systems.
CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Must have NC II in Mechatronics Servicing
