What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.
Qualifications:
Open to CHIP employees (existing M1s, P2s and P3s)
Not under a prescriptive period for any disciplinary action stipulated in the Employee Handbook
Preferably POC from your team (when direct Supervisor is out), but not required.
Good communication skills
What is expected of you and others at this level
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
Administers and executes policies and procedures
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
