Job Summary:
In partnership with the Project Manager Business Systems, the SAP Success Factors Specialist is instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of business systems. This role is a key driver in designing, developing, delivering, training and continuously improving Business Systems. This includes software tools and the documented Business Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Success Factors, specifically focusing on the Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
Serve as the primary technical expert, managing backend processes, workflows, and system integrations related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design system solutions that enhance recruitment and HR operations.
Configure Success Factors modules to ensure they align with business needs, and optimize workflows for the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless functionality between Success Factors and other HR or business systems.
Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting issues, resolving system bugs, and maintaining data integrity within the Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, integrations, and workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Monitor system performance, manage upgrades, and drive continuous improvement of technical processes within the Success Factors environment.
Generate detailed reports and conduct system audits to support HR decision-making, ensuring accurate data is available for compliance and reporting needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the technical implementation and management of SAP Success Factors, with expertise in the Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
Extensive hands-on experience in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting these specific modules to support HR operations.
Strong understanding of backend workflows, data management, and system integrations within the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Proven ability to design, configure, and maintain HRIS systems to meet business requirements, particularly in recruitment and employee management.
Experience in managing system configurations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges proactively.
SAP Success Factors certification is a plus, especially in the relevant modules.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train HR teams and document technical processes.
Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
