To oversee, coach monitor Sales Executives to ensure sales achievement in accordance to targets set.
To initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate markets & achieve company goals.
To promote & sell SOMI products, to seek leads, arrange & do client meetings.
Submit reports & adhere to company policies.
Maintain a positive attitude within sales team that promotes teamwork and a favorable image of the company.
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering(Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
Excellent supervisorial skills, expert in negotiation skills, proficient skill in computer for business presentation, proficient in both oral and written communication.
Preferably with 2 years & up Supervisory experienced specializing in Sales or equivalent
