Sales Representative/Customer Service - CEBU
Overview:
The role focuses on driving sales and fostering customer relationships for the Card Printer Consumable Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell card printer consumables to both existing and potential customers.
- Achieve or exceed the company’s sales and profit targets.
- Process and ensure the timely fulfillment of sales orders.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans.
- Share insights on product performance, market trends, and other relevant data to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely management of customer accounts and credit terms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and order management.
- Experience in selling printer consumables is a plus.
- Results-driven with great attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
