- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, providing advice or recommendation
- Keep shelves fully stocked, tidy and complete with accurate label
- Returning unwanted item to correct shelf position, and arranging products on shelves
- Stocks and replace product to avoid any damages
- Discard expired items and place near expiry item on special promotions
- Escort customers to the appropriate aisle or shelf in order to assist with purchasing decisions
- Assisting customers and cashier to verify prices
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Assist cashier in bagging customer's purchases swiftly and efficiently
- Assist each other for making store operation in smoothly
- Completion task given by superior following established workplace guidelines and standard operational procedures.
