Achieve budgets on sales of: Golf Membership Shares, Tournaments, Driving Range, Green Fees
Build a client base from organizations and corporations.
Develop and lead a strategic membership development program designed to increase total membership count and membership dues revenue
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current members to encourage participation in club events and maintain a high level of member satisfaction
Develop and ensure maintenance of an accurate contact management system including call records, database and activity management
Marketing:
Manage all social media accounts, including creation of images/short videos to be used also for website and email marketing.
Initiate, organize and implement innovative events for club members
Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies
TOURNAMENT SUPERVISOR
The Tournament Supervisor will coordinate tournament operations including: schedule , preparation of course, council, members and staff liaison, groupings and tee times, reporting summary event wrap up.
Leads tournament coordination meeting with key people: Manager, Front Desk, Golf Course Superintendent, Caddie Master, Starters, Restaurant Concessionaire
Administrative
Develop annual tournament schedule
Develop and maintain database of committee members, outside groups and contacts
Develop a list of required resources including personnel
Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure budget goals are me
Develop, update and maintain “Event Book” detailing, tasks, time lines, responsibilities, contacts and historical record
Council
Act as point person on all tournament related issues including; marketing, contracts, event administration and resource management
Attend planning meetings
Lead starting and scoring administration
Coordinate personnel during event
Responsible for signage such as tarps on site
Supervises day-to-day operations of events
Responsible for coordinating team meetings to prepare for events and activities related to each event
Facility
Works with Golf Course Superintendent and Manager to ensure that the golf course is in tournament condition
Coordinate course set up with Superintendent including tee markers hole locations, rough height, green speed, special contests etc.
Coordinate food and beverage and set up requests with Concessionaire
Coordinate tee gifts, prizes and certificates with Organizers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least three (3) years experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably as a Supervisor
Knowledge and familiarity of exclusive golf clubs
Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
Proficiency in various MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and graphic editing/photo editing software
Pleasing personality and comfortable in dealing with people of all levels of the organization
Manage all social media accounts and create Marketing events for the club.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
