The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic area. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build, and maintain relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of ICCT products and market trends. Areas of Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling on potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including OEMs, distributors, and end-users, to understand their needs and requirements.
Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers to drive sales and promote product awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales initiatives and address customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICCT products, technologies, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers and address their requirements.
Working Conditions:
Office-based with frequent travel within the assigned territory

Travel Frequency:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in sales management within the ICCT industry or a related field
Strong understanding of ICCT products, technologies, and market dynamics
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the ICCT industry
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, if applicable
Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills may be preferred depending on the territory
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICCT products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making
