Global Mobility Services, Inc., is currently in need of SALES FIELD STAFF for CDO AREA
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Ensed for all sales activities that assigned area or field is coverties (house visit, small and micro enterprises visit, TODA visit)
· Serves as point of contact for prospective clients
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
· Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
· Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
· Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
· Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
· Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
· Build productive trust relationships with customers
· Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
· Prepare day-to-day reports, trackers and logs relative to all sales activity performed for the day
· Make sure that KPI’s and KRA’s in your position are met according to company standards.
· Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications:
· At least 1-2 years experience as sales staff
· Specific sales experience in automotive is preferred
· Has a valid driver's license
· Can drive and has his/her own Motorcycle
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
· Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
· A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
· Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
· Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
