Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing sales materials.
• Manage customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and track order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and organized sales records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
