JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -The primary task of the sales agent is to assist the customer during the loan onboarding process for UNO’s newest loan product. Responsibilities of the role includes: - Answering customer queries regarding the loan product - Assisting the customer in downloading and using the UNO Mobile application - Ensuring that eligibility requirements are checked and met by the customer - Ensuring that the customer’s identification card is valid, authentic, and acceptable to the bank’s requirements - Collecting and recording all relevant information of the customer accurately in the UNObank App with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data privacy laws and regulations - Upselling / promoting uno loan products - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. - Continuously improve through feedback. JOB QUALIFICATIONS - With pleasing personality Bulacan, Pampanga, Cebu, Iloilo and Davao del Sur - Good oral and written communication skills - At least college graduate of any course - At least 1 year experience in onboarding point-of-sales (POS) loans - Has previously worked with Home Credit - Must have a smart phone (android) that can be used to download the UNO agent
