Job Description

• Responsible for providing on time and accurate invoice to customers for service and products sold.
• Consolidate daily sales report.
• Facilitate billings payment of purchased vehicle.
• Maintain records of all sales documents related to daily transactions.
• Prepare the sales invoice.
• Ensure all charges are correct, checks are properly issued; cash pair are correct
• Submit reports per schedule.
• Receive phone calls and coordinate with concerned associates to attend to customer’s needs.
• Endorse all customer booking/appointment for visits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be graduate of any 4-year course related to field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be knowledgeable in MS application.
