As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and managing relationships with clients. You will identify new business opportunities, maintain existing accounts, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Your passion for hospitality and strong sales understanding will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to understand their needs and promote the resort’s offerings.
Sales Strategy Development: Identify new markets and business opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing the resort's facilities and services.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences, providing insights to enhance our sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded during their stay.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the resort and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
