Recovery Officer - Full Time (Davao City)

Job Vacancy: Recovery Officer
Location: Imperia Asia International Inc, Davao City, Philippines
We are looking for a Recovery Officer to join our team in Davao City. If you are goal-oriented, have strong negotiation skills, and are experienced in debt recovery, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the recovery of outstanding debts from clients.
  • Contact debtors through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and handle customer inquiries regarding debt collection.
  • Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts and payments.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recovery Officer or similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and debt recovery procedures.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php462.00 per day
