Job description QS Partners’ duties and responsibilities include serving customers efficiently, assisting customers with their needs and special requests, ensures assigned quota is met, assist on training activity for the new QS Partners as requested, and adheres on the sanitation standards and safety procedures. Key Result Area/Duties & Responsibilities
Helps maintain the good image of the store by assisting the customers in a very hospitable way.
Ensures the daily sales quota of the store are met. At the same time, daily sales report must be updated and submitted regardless of the location of duty for proper tracking and monitoring.
Ensures that sales of each day are reported daily to the AOs in order to easily track all the transactions every day. Strictly follow daily sales deposits.
Maintains the store's cleanliness. Do necessary sanitation of tools, equipment, floors or everything in the store prior leaving and logging out.
Always sets-up everything from food, frying tools, equipment, oven, etc. prior opening the store to ensure that all are settled and easily be managed during the store operation.
Checks the validity of all the stocks. Always serve fresh and bounty foods to the customers.
Prevents spoilage and contamination.
Immediately report concerns or problems encountered while preparing the food.
Maintains fast and efficient serving time of all the foods ordered by the customers.
Adheres on the company's work standards, policies and procedures.
Assist on branch training as requested.
Forecasts orders of stocks to be purchased and submitted to commissary.
Submits petty cash liquidation to Finance Audit weekly.
Manages online food aggregator accounts following the store’s operational hours, menu availability and releasing and accepting of orders. Does reports to help center if needed. Aggregators include food panda, grab food, booky, SM online, pickaroo, and the likes.
Analyze customer complaints and feedback for constant improvements.
Handles cashiering function and ensures that sales each day are safely keep and/or deposited on time.
Others
May be assigned to other stores as reliever as needed and as necessary.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Finished highschool or any vocational graduate
At least two (2) year work experience in the same role, in the same capacity
