About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor at BE Residences, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budget management, and procurement planning. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing project costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects.
Monitoring project expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure cost efficiency.
Evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project costs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Proficiency in quantity take-off techniques and cost estimation methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes.
