Project In-Charge
Office Location: Ground Floor, C.M. Warehouse, Kilometer 14 Merville Access Road, Parañaque Merville Industrial Complex, Greenfield Compound, Pasay, 1300 Metro Manila
Job Description:
The Project-in-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. From the pre-construction stage, the construction stage up to the post-construction phase. He provides leadership and directs all groups involved in the success of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plans the overall and specific requirements of the project
Implements the project activities based on the schedule desired quality, within budget, and safe manner.
2. Implements a serious housekeeping program.
3. Prepares a complete report that will update head office about the status of issues/concerns and recommended resolution developed with the site team.
4. Coordinates with other departments in order to resolve concerns that they may help.
5. Establishes meaningful relationships with relevant authorities.
. 6Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.
7. Monitors and controls project performance.
8. Turn-over and preparation of project close-out.
9. Prepares and submits project operating plan.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering
2. With at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Has strong leadership skills and ability to track progress and quality of work being performed by design and trades
4. Must be hardworking, team player, and flexible (multi-tasking)
5. Required Skill(s): Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management, Billing
6. Work background in system furniture and modular cabinets
