Project Estimator - For Pooling
We are an Australian Commercial Painting & Epoxy business looking for a diligent Estimator to prepare accurate estimates. You must have a basic estimating and building industry background. You will be communicating and working side by side with our Australian team. You must have strong internet broadband.

Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings.
- Basic understanding of building components and paint materials.
- Pricing on Tender, Live, Repaint, Revision and Variation Jobs.
- Drafting a detailed Quotation Email.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam or any architectural software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel software for take-off.
- Coordinating with the Sales Team about the specific jobs, submission date, site measurement and photos, reviewing and revision of jobs.
- Supporting Admin Team on submission protocol, revisions, variations and confirming the Scope of Work and Mark Up.
- Communicating with the Supervisor Team on pricing jobs, handover meetings and other job concerns.
- Good time management and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong numeric skills and attention to detail.
- Sufficient in English and good communication skill.
- Confident in communicating with customers and suppliers.
- Consistency in daily sales follow up.
