Job Responsibilities
Order Contour Surveys & Soil Tests
Order Engineering
Order Energy Reports and Review before forwarding to Drafting
Provide Working Drawings & all other necessary documents to Certifiers
Process payment for QBCC and QLEAVE Insurances and Lodge Building Approval
Provide Working Drawings & all other necessary documents for Covenant approval (as required)
Liaise with Certifiers to minimize certification timelines both at the beginning and at the end of each build
Provide daily summary reports for all jobs as required
Keep construction job files up to date
Maintain all documents for each home under construction
Support Operations and Site Supervisors as required
Support Site Supervisors to maintain the workflow for each job
Liaise with Clients and Property Managers (and brokers) regarding general updates and handover of properties
Compile handover kits, including files, keys, etc., for both client and property manager
Print plans as required for the site and collate them into a job file for the supervisor
Carry out Quality Control Inspections as required
Organise client defects inspections, distribute defects to relevant trade/supplier, and ensure all defects are rectified.
Issue correspondence to clients as required (such as rain delay letters)
Save all information that comes in for each job to Onsite Companion (including site photos)
Check site photos are clear and show the required information for claims, progress, etc.
Upload Documents and Photos to the Client portal regularly
Check that client portal activities and documents are accurate
Request and File All Form 16’s and Inspection reports at each stage of the job
Request Form 21 for Final Practical completion claim
Manage Maintenance on all jobs within the 12-month maintenance period and Builders’ warranty
Liaise with colleagues to ensure all maintenance issues are resolved quickly
Cancel all services (gas & electricity) once the property has been handed over
