Job Summary:
A Production worker is responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products. Also, check defects, assemble products, monitor manufacturing equipment, and closely follow safety procedures to prevent accidents in environments where materials may be hazardous.
STATEMENT OF SPECIFIC DUTIES
1.Handling production equipment (e.g. operation, maintenance)
2. Assembling and inspecting machinery parts
3. Operate production equipment
4. Maintain the machines handled
5. Assemble machinery parts
6. Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
7. Report on defective products or machinery
8. Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
9. Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
10.Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery
11. Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines

EDUCATION
LICENSES/SECURED/EXAMINATION/TRAININGS
High school Level
Have undergone trainings and seminars related to the job
PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB
At least minimum related experience
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Ø Previous experience as a production worker or similar role in a warehouse
Ø Good understanding of how production equipment works
Ø Ability to detect potential problems with machinery
Ø Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear will be provided)
Ø Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually
Ø Good communication and teamwork skills

• Has direct accountability product preparation

• Work demands more standing and walking to the entire production area

• Has exposure to low-risk hazardous equipment and machines
