Loans and Asset - Product Sales Supervisor
Essential Functions of Product Sales Supervisor
1. Spearhead the regular training and meeting with the sales personnel in order to align them with new policies, regulations, and strategies.
2. Initiate and supervise the identification of potential clients and ensure new loan applications and the completion of requirements.
3. Establish rapport with the partner-dealers/agencies via Unified Business Concept (UBC) Meetings.
4. Coordinates with the client and Sales Unit to fast-track the processing and approval of loans to ensure fast disbursement of loan proceeds to the borrower.
5. Conducts PDB with FSMRs to validate results of visits and to strategize on the next activity.
6. Ensure attainment of daily, monthly, and yearly sales target of the branch handled.
7. Submit regular reports to the Branch Lending Head (BLH), Area Lending Head (ALH), and Sales and Product Heads at the Head Office

Qualifications: P
1. Preferably a graduate of any business-related course.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS applications.
4. Willing to adapt quickly to changes in direction.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Experienced in managing a team and staff.
7. Effective stress management abilities.
8. Must be willing to be assigned to the Head Office and other Agribank branches.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
