SUPERVISORY TRAINEE (PLANTATION)
What to expect?

• To be knowledgeable with the basic and complex processes and concepts of the entire Plantation Operations and the basic understanding of the Cannery Operations that will develop the functional and leadership competencies to provide effective leadership to the workforce and project teams in maintaining productivity to prepare the candidate in assuming the role of a full-pledge Plantation Supervisor to address key leadership challenges.
• To meet or exceed expectations in all exams, reports, and evaluations by gaining good understanding of the various departments’ work processes that drive the business objectives.
• Participate in company initiated activities to support the organization.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Agriculture.
• Background in an agricultural company an advantage.
• Supervisory experience an advantage.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Excellent scholastic records.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
