Parts Custodian
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of parts and supplies. This included tracking incoming and outgoing parts, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring that the inventory levels were sufficient to meet the needs of the shop.
- Orders parts and supplies when inventory levels get low.
- Inspect the received items for possible defects and damages, and store them in a secure and organized manner.
- Manages the issuance of all supplies needed by each service technician.
- assists the PM Planner in the procurement of hop tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- At least a vocational diploma, short course certification, or college level or graduate level in any field.
- With at least 1 year of experience as a parts custodian, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
- Proficient in using computer applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
