PARTS ADMIN STAFF (ISUZU COMMONWEALTH) - AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY GRADUATE

The Parts Admin Staff is responsible for handling and monitoring the administrative functions of the Parts Department. He/She is also in charge of requesting parts and supplies, processing of payments, and generating of reports.
  • Prepares Purchase Orders (PO), Receive Reports (RR), and receives Request for Payments (RFP) for non-Principal. suppliers;
  • Prepares Parts Requisition and Issue Slip (PRIS) for Sales Department transactions;
  • Ensures the availability of accessories and free items needed by Sales Department and OTC customers;
  • Maintain documents of Parts Department;
  • Replenishes office supplies and other consumables of the Parts Department.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS application.
  • Willing to be assigned in Isuzu Commonwealth, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
