Your Role:

• Engage clients remotely via phone to retain subscriptions and offer upgrades on services such as foreclosure listings, rent-to-own properties, and more.
• Use your sales expertise, technical skills, and negotiation tactics to engage and retain customers while working from home.
• Communicate with clients confidently, using your people skills to build rapport and turn potential cancellations into continued business.

Who Should Apply:

• Have sales experience in telecommunications, financial services, insurance, or Saa S.
• Are proficient in using modern technology, including CRM systems, remote communication tools, and basic troubleshooting of hardware and software.

Tech & Sales Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have strong technical expertise, combined with sales and negotiation skills, and meet the following hardware specifications:

• High-Speed Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps upload and download speeds to ensure smooth customer interactions and online work.
• RAM: Minimum 16GB RAM to handle the software tools required for this role.
• Processor:
• For Windows: Intel Core i3 (8th Generation) or newer, or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G or newer.
• For Mac: Intel Core i5 (5th Generation) or newer, or Apple M1 chip or newer.
• Operating System:
• Windows: Must have Windows 10 Pro or newer.
• Mac: Must have mac OS Mojave (10.14) or newer.

Familiarity with CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and other remote communication tools is essential. You should also be comfortable with negotiation tactics and people skills to manage customer retention and upsell conversations effectively.
