One-day hiring process! Earn up to 28k monthly! We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites! Position Overview: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients looking to make hotel reservations. Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels as required.
Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations in accordance with hotel policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to reservations, such as overbookings, incorrect charges, or changes in booking conditions.
Promote special deals, packages, and room upgrades to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
