Pick Scan Pack
Pay: Up to Php11,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Arrange the fulfillment area, specifically the Pick Scan Pack Area, and strive to avoid picking errors as much as possible
- Focus on pick and pack operations and maintain the Unit per hour KPI for the number of SKUs picked by pickers
- Scan orders that are picked to ensure accuracy of the requested items and process all advanced and same-day orders
- Segregate food and non-food SKUs while picking and aim for strong packing outputs that can withstand multiple handling by different departments
- Pack all orders and ensure proper packaging by maintaining "100%" accurate matches and passing all orders through a second scanning process
- Aim to meet the output targets for fulfillment and ensure that all orders are 100% packed with none left at the packing table
- Conduct a final quality inspection of all goods to ensure that all items are in good quality
- Verify all items that have been picked and ensure that they are of good quality for delivery
Pay: Up to Php11,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
