FFI is present in key markets such as USA, Canada, Middles East, Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe. “Healthy, Tasty and Convenient Seafood Solutions” Job Purpose: The Operations Management Trainee will provide needed inputs for required information/reports and find ways to continually improve our work processes, providing calculated scenarios, solutions and layouts to management. Responsibilities and Duties
Analyze and compute weekly and quarterly PM requirements based on production capacity and forecast and actual demand given by the sales/marketing team per size range and per client
Understand and manage all elements of inventory including lead time, cycle stock, minimum order quantity, stock level, shelf life and other PM concerns
Monitor PM order compliance against supplier's actual delivery considering the right item specification, right quantity and delivery time
Control and optimize PM stock at reasonable level of stock policy communicate with the supplier for the RM delivery request and concerns
Analyze data to determine opportunities to lessen production delays due to PM concerns, improve PM planning and reduce cost
Provide PM plan for daily production and weekly and monthly report to PPIC Manager including bill of materials accuracy, order compliance, inventory update and other PM concerns
Qualifications and Skills
College Graduate
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or other Supply chain/Logistics related courses
