About the JOB:
Nurse Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential support to nurses and medical staff by assisting patients with daily activities and basic care needs. They work under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring Vital Signs:
  • Measure and record patients’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Report any significant changes in a patient’s condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, such as input/output charts and any assistance given.
  • Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
  • Communicate any concerns or observations regarding patients' conditions promptly to the nursing staff.
Qualifications:
  • At least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/ College Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Previous experience in healthcare is helpful but not always required.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
