As a CBRE technician, you will be performing a routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, ac system and other building system.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily inspections, diagnose potential problem and repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification building equipment and systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Knowledge with building equipment, maintenance, improvement of facilities and solve problems in the facility.
• Perform other duties as assign.

Minimum Qualification
1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities/Building
2. Experience in electrical, mechanical, aircon tech skills, plumbing, civil works, or minor carpentry in a typical office setting.
3. Can work in 6 days shifting schedule.
