- Perform scope required for soft maintenance, electrical, hvac, fire prevention and energy consumption limited to operations, monitoring and minor trouble shooting and minor repairs.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical, or mechanical system.
- Perform related test on MEP system and devices.
- Perform minor civil works (carpentry, painting, plumbing).
- Operates MEP system and log various operating parameters.
- Quickly identify and rectify problems and escalate as necessary.
- Monitor site asset lists. Prepare and administer relevant registers.
- Assist to respond to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses. Prepare incident reports.
Requirements:
> at least College level or Vocational graduate
> with 2 years of technical experience ( electrical, civil works and mechanical)
> with active NC2 in Electrical and Installation Maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php550.00 per day
