Qualifications & experience
Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related courses
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and with at least 2 years of Managerial role in Merchandising in the retail industry
- Willing to work in our head office in Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy Sales Volume and Revenue both for the store, while maintaining supplier targets and agreements
- Maintains a positive Selling Profit, Miscellaneous Income, & Gross Profit, while keeping a healthy SSR with the Replenishment Team; creates different innovative merchandising approaches that can drive growth in revenue and added income in a category or assigned task
- Negotiates and collaborates with the principal suppliers in terms of assortment, Pricing Availability and Visibility
- Ensures standards in pricing, plans, programs, and category activities to grow the market, including wholesale innovations that will improve growth, penetration, usage, and frequency of purchase in the category
