POSITION: MEDICAL BILLING PHONE RECEPTIONIST
Onsite Position (Opportunities to work from home depending on account)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Virtually interact with patients, providers, and insurances to address inquiries, schedule appointments and other concerns.
• Assists practice in maintaining an orderly schedule of appointments.
• Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience is required. This position is open to seasoned BPO, CSR, and TSR professionals.
