What is this role about?
This role will execute inventory taking to establish and maintain inventory levels as well as safeguard warehouses to ensure they are secured from theft or pilferage. This person will also ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.

This role will execute inventory taking to establish and maintain inventory levels as well as safeguard warehouses to ensure they are secured from theft or pilferage. This person will also ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.
What will YOU do?
- Create, plan, and maintain inventory purchase request schedules as well as coordinate with internal departments, and handle external stakeholder relations
- Provide logistical support to Operations in the storage, transport and movement of raw material
- Monitor, analyze, and report product inventory movements in the assigned depot/terminal
- Responsible for handling and maintaining all physical inventory (raw materials, chemicals, supplies, consumables, spare parts and lubricants) within the warehouse
- Perform a regular stock taking of wet raw materials and FG in storage tanks and maintains a daily, weekly and monthly report
- Perform critical analysis on the inventory figures to determine source of gain or loss
- Perform other related functions and tasks that may be assigned

- Open to vocational graduates
- Certification or background in logistics or warehouse planning is an advantage
