The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training and development to learn and understand the various aspects of our business operations. This role is designed to prepare the trainee for future leadership roles within the company. During the rotation, you will engage in hands-on learning and training under the guidance of seasoned professionals in each department. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific rotation but may include tasks such as: Project Management:
Conducting research and analysis to support the management team.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
Planning, Organizing, and maintaining control of all sales activities to ensure the achievement of objectives within the allocated budget and determine all sales goals.
Identify & recommend opportunities that will result in long-term growth and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships.
Company Improvement:
Understand how a company operates and get familiar with personnel duties.
Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit, and inventory activity.
Keep track of business revenue and research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
Maintain consistency and adhere to organizational standards.
Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting).
Managerial:
Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
Undergo rotating training to different departments for them to have a well-rounded understanding of various functions.
The management trainee should be willing to be assigned anywhere. Required Qualifications:
