The Senior Associate- Maintenance Admin of FFO is responsible for the upkeep, repair and overall maintenance of the equipment and facilities in the stores and management office. The role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairs to maintain equipment reliability and working closely with inter-departments to promptly address concerns to ensure safe working environment , support productivity and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance

• Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all equipment in stores and management office according to maintenance schedule
• Ensures that preventive maintenance activities are regularly implemented and documented to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend the lifespan of the machines and equipment
• Accompanies the supplier, vendor and third-party provider for scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment

Troubleshooting and Repairs

• Responds to the maintenance and repairs related requests promptly and prioritizes urgent repairs to ensure continuous operations
• Diagnose and identifies issues that causes equipment malfunctions and resolves it on a timely manner
• Recommends if the equipment is due for replacement, coordinates with SSC-FMD for validation. Reports to FFO-Admin & AVP-FFO for approval and endorses to MAS for final validation and decision for storage or disposal and updating in the asset listing
• Coordinate with FFO-Admin to tap the contractor/third-party service provider for the repairs wherein spare parts ar not available locally or when tools needed is not available
• Coordinates with FFO-Admin on the schedule of repairs for each store
• Accompanies contractors/third party service providers for overnight works in the stores, and ensure that works are completed and store is secured during the presence of outsourced workers
• Coordinates with FFO-Procurement the specifications of spare parts, tools and other materials/supplies needed for the repairs for purchasing

Safety Standards Compliance

• Adheres to all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
• · Identifies and reports potential safety hazards in equipment or facilities and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Participates in safety training and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintains an inventory of parts, tools and supplies necessary for routing maintenance and repairs
• Submits the preventive maintenance activity records to FFO-Admin for safe-keeping for future references
• Provides repairs and maintenance status update to FFO-Admin on a daily basis for alignment
• Provides feedback and suggestions to improve maintenance process and reduce cost
• Provides update on the status of repairs and other OSH related concerns raised during the OSH Inspection to SSC-FMD Head
