JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Ensure Best Practice for maintenance, janitorial, and security is identified, shared, and entrenched with all our applicable facility members 2) Development of SOPs are established, cascaded and readily available for security, preventive maintenance, emergency response, repair and maintenance, and janitorial. 3) Identifying/developing/Conducting of Training Program(s) to deliver knowledge and skills. 4) Support the Facility Managers so that they understand the necessary day-to-day management of their respective maintenance teams. (Note: day-to-day management of facility teams resides with the FM with support from the FMH). 5) Scope of systems and activities includes: Fire Pro, AC, Pest Control, Elevators, Gen Set, Plumbing, Structural, FDAS, Electrical/Electronics (in collaboration with Engineering Specialist), Janitorial, landscaping, traffic, and general upkeep of leased/owned facilities. 6) Develop best practice and disseminate so to obtain cost effective operations, e.g., electrical costs and AC costs. 7) Develop annual budget and ensure adherence through sharing of best practice and regular monitoring and follow up with facility teams. 8) Support the expansion construction for existing facilities and provide input into large scale construction. 9) Develop key maintenance activities schedules for all facilities and monitor progress view collaboration with the facility FM/AFMs. 10) Meet with FM/AFMs on regular basis to ensure they understand their role as well as gain insights into what works, doesn’t work, and what should be changed or added. This includes creating FM/AFM responsibilities guidelines. 11) Along with the FM/AFMs, provide input into annual review and salary changes for all maintenance team members. 12) Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and operational issues. 13) Visits site to regularly inspect project work sufficiently so to gauge the quality of work (both that of LNS and 3rd parties) and the teams. 14) Develop and monitor all Maintenance logs (operating parameters (when applicable) and repair/maintenance, including: AC units, Elevators, drainage and flood related, electrical usage and systems, Autodoors, Gen Sets, logistic equipment, alarms, entry/exit of persons in facility, FDAS, Fire Pro, and Fire Extinguishers. 15) Review /analyze maintenance logs, electricity usage and report/propose action plans if any. 16) Understand government and other standards (ex. Fire Code, Permits, Clearances) with which we must meet or exceed. Ensure such are addressed in our applicable procedures. 17) Any other necessary support or activity necessary to ensure our facilities are World-Class experiences for our customers. 18) Prepare daily maintenance daily schedule JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Engineering, Electrical, or related Course.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Maintenance Supervisor.
Have current driver’s license preferred but not required and must be able to travel to several facilities.
Certification or Relevant Trainings related to Building/ Facilities Maintenance, preferred.

General: Because of the nature of our business and its changing requirements, this job profile is a general outline of the type of key tasks the job holder will be asked to undertake in their role.
