Inspects facilities and assets to identify potential issues, develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures, repair faulty equipment, and ensure al building systems function effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees maintenance activities as well as everyday staff productivity
• Handles unit repair improvement works
• Perform minor fixes such as repainting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair
• Install appliances and equipment to respective units
• Inspect, troubleshoot and check functionality of safety systems
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations/ 3rd party activities
• Constantly report to Ancillary Supervisor/ Facilities Manager for issues and concerns
• Perform other maintenance tasks that may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in maintenance roles is preferred.
• Leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance
• NC II certification is an advantage.
