Bachelor’s Degree: In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications (not necessary but beneficial): Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or similar.
Professional Experience:
Experience: Typically, 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Knowledge of Logistics Software: Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office: Especially Excel for managing data and reports.
Familiarity with ERP Systems: Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for logistics and inventory management.
Job Summary:
Responsible for Logistics Operations and documentation tasks, from Delivery Documents generation and preparation, DR/STS Validation, truckers billing processes and reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures the completeness, accuracy and on-time remittance of delivery documents.
Responsible for communications with truckers concerning delivery documents concerns.
Provide assistance, updates and all the necessary information that other departments needed concerning delivery operations, especially Sales and Dressed Hauling Truckers.
Checks the Purchase Order (PO) before the delivery
Provide regular feedback and updates about dispatching time and product deliveries to Sales
Responsible for overall delivery monitoring and for daily updates of the Dispatching Google Sheets (Customer Name and co-load, Call Time, quantity, crates out and crates in, assigned truckers, source plant and arrival time)
