POSITION: LIAISON ASSISTANT LOCATION: BACOLOD CITY Assist in the development, maintaining and promoting effective communication and good relationships with private and government offices in the completion of licenses, documents and other requisites.
Processing of transfer titles
Application and follow-up of building permits and occupancy permits to LGU
Securing the realty tax payments of all properties
Processing of mayor’s permit renewal of all companies and payment of their registration fee every year
Subdivision permits and certificate of completion to DHSUD (Department of Human Settlements & Urban Development)
Gathering tax declarations and tax clearances from LGU assessor’s office
Negotiate with surveyors
Negotiate with the head of any government agencies to settle things
Documentation
Processing DPWH project billings.
Additional task may given by the superior.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year business-related course.
With good scholastic records.
With experience as liaison or similar role.
Knowledgeable with DPWH project billings.
Willingness and ability to do fieldwork.
Experience in processing of permits, tax declarations, transfer titles and etc. is an advantage.
