Job description: 1. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing key accounts by developing account management plans and presentations according to the account’s needs. 2. Ensures implementation of approved business plans. 3. Ensures delivery of booked orders and collects accounts for remittance to head office. 4. Submits required reports based on established timelines. 5. Ensures product availability in all key accounts handled. 6. Ensures proper display and merchandising of products in key accounts covered. 7. Ensures maintenance of a key account record card. 8. Ensures 100% customer service satisfaction. 9. Accountable for the reconciliation of hanging trade balances. 10.Ensures that BOs from accounts are properly recorded and remitted to the warehouse. 11.On resignation ensures that proper turnover of company properties, accountable forms, and trade receivables will be observed. Qualifications: Graduate of Business Administration or any related course or its equivalent. Must be proactive and has strong communication and negotiation skills Selling experience is an advantage but not required.
