Legal research including review, analysis and interpretation of legal opinions, legal memoranda, demand and other letters, contract, pleadings, status reports and other documents;
Review of contracts;
Concluding legal due diligence or legal audits;
Filing of applications and other documents with government agencies;
Attend meetings with clients and conferences;
Representation of clients in contract negotiations and in legal proceedings before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, arbitration tribunals and other authorities;
Notarization of documents subject to the existence of a valid notarial commission; and
Other task as may be required by the position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Have a Law Degree from a Reputable Law School or University;
Passed the Philippine Bar Examination;
Physically and Mentally Healthy;
Possess Excellent Academic Credentials as well as strong organizational, research, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino);
Able to communicate clearly with clients, Supervising Lawyers, Peers, and Subordinates;
Intellectual and Emotional Maturity;
Trustworthy, Reliable, and a Good Team Player;
Initiative and have a Strong Work Ethic, and be able to produce output/results at work;
Good Management Skills and be able to multi-task;
Meticulous and Resourceful;
Willing to undergo training;
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
