The work:
Summary: As a Translator/interpreter, you will be responsible for providing technical translation services for technology programs and projects. Your typical day will involve translating technical documents or interpreting from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the integrity of the content.
- Provide technical translation services for technology programs and projects.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Translate technical documents or interpreting from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Ensure accuracy and maintain the integrity of the content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Review and proofread translated documents for quality assurance.
- Research and stay updated on industry-specific terminology and trends.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Japanese and English.
- Experience in translating technical documents.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- This position is based at our Cebu office.
