We are looking for 1 FIELD ENGINEER for the Infrastructure Information Communications Technology Department to be deployed at the Life Bank Field Office at District 10, Dulce Subdivision, Sagkahan District, Tacloban City
Job Summary:

• The Field Engineer (FE) will provide technical support and maintenance of all ICT equipment and computer network and systems in all field offices within the designated District group.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be a bachelor degree undergrad in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and other related field of study or equivalent combination of education
• Minimum 2-year hands on experience providing technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and computer systems including experience in different network devices and computer systems.
• Willing to be trained at Life Bank Iloilo City, travel, and be assigned to any area within the organization (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Must have a basic knowledge networking skill (protocols, workgroups, domains), various LAN technologies (VLAN, VTP, Trunk, Etherchannel, STP, HSRP, VSS, VPC), routing protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, WINS) and networking services (active directories, group policies, files, distributed applications, emails) in an enterprise environment
• Must have a basic knowledge in Server OS (Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux Server Debian Distribution), databases (Microsoft SQL, My SQL and Postgre SQL) and workstations (both Windows and Linux based OS as well as thin clients No OS) and other office suite applications (Microsoft Office 2010 and above, Visio 2010 and above, etc.)
• Must have basic knowledge in Vo IP infrastructure using 3CX
• Must have basic knowledge in Server racks, patch panels, structured cabling and cable management
• Must know basic Repair and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, UPS, scanner, etc.)
